DONO Edge Terms of Service

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to DONO Edge powered by DONO LLC., an online platform that enables businesses and individuals to run raffles and allows participants to register for the raffle through the DONO app. Once the raffle drawing takes place, participants receive a notification through the DONO app to inform them of the results. The raffle is sponsored by a business or an individual “Sponsor” and DONO LLC provides the DONO Edge raffle product used to run the raffle and has no responsibility for the prizes or any other aspect of the raffle. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sponsors and DONO LLC, term “Sponsor” refers to the Business or an individual who sponsors the raffle and the term "you", "participant", "participants"  refers to any person who participates in the raffle. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the raffle.

ELIGIBILITY

The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

ENTRY PERIOD

The raffle beginning and end date is displayed on the event landing page and the DONO mobile application. Entries received after the end of the entry period will be void.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants must scan the QR code provided on the event landing page and provide their phone number on the raffle invitation page. After submitting their information, participants will receive instructions on how to proceed from the DONO app. 

PRIZE

The prizes for the raffle will be monetary/non-monetary gifts. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by DONO LLC. Winners will be notified by push notifications. The result is accessible through the DONO app under events. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 90 days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsors and DONO LLC, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors and DONO LLC reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Sponsors and DONO LLC in their sole discretion.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By participating in the raffle and submitting personal information during the registration process, participants agree that their personal data may be used by both Sponsors and DONO LLC for marketing purposes and to improve the services provided in the future. DONO LLC is not responsible for how the personal data is used by Sponsors. Participants have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time. To opt-out of Sponsors's marketing communications, participants should contact Sponsors directly. To opt-out of DONO LLC's marketing communications, participants should email DONO LLC at [email protected]. The handling and use of personal data by both Sponsors and DONO LLC shall be subject to their respective privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Sponsors and DONO LLC are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused by participation in the raffle.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the raffle shall be resolved according to the laws of DELAWARE. In the event of any disputes or claims, the parties shall attempt to resolve such disputes or claims through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute or claim through negotiations, the parties may agree to submit the dispute or claim to mediation, conducted by a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties. Any legal proceedings shall be held in the courts of DELAWARE.
